    Ok service. Sometimes you get questioned why you’re replacing or returning it and get denied. But I think that’s an agents lack of training. One example is when I bought a gopro with this geek squad service and I wanted to replace because of wear and tear, the agent didn’t know that I could do that so I had to go to a different person to help me. But overall, it’s a must for expensive items like my dslr camera and lens.
