It was incredibly easy to set up. I loved it; it was simple and aesthetically pleasing.

Yet to unbox. The previous reviews are good hence I purchased.

Having a simple and automatic warranty on any product you buy is extremely helpful, especially if the store you buy it from provides services to help troubleshoot or repair products. I've taken my laptops up there and had no issues with getting the right information I needed regarding what to do next.

The Geek squad installers were just awesome. The nature I was happy with everything before they left they cleaned up in a mess that they made which was none in the first place they wore their little booties when they came into my home. About 2 or 3 days after they installed the cameras I of course decided I think I want one moved, I went into the Best buy location on brookpark spoke with the manager they scheduled someone to come out the next week and it was done at no charge I am very grateful and happy with the service.

Protection through Geek Squad is great! Highly recommend!

I didn’t like the first cameras I got. Went back buy something else and the girl that helped was great. Told her I didn’t like them they were junk and fortunately I was within the 60 days to replace and get money back . So I replaced. Haven’t really used the geek squad service it self

I’ve written this as a review before, whenever I buy a big ticket item. I’ve only had to use it once - to replace a malfunctioning Osmo gimbal a year or 18 months after initial purchase. There were no questions asked, just a “we’ll take care of it” and I received, not only a new Osmo, but an upgrade, because it was the latest model. Definitely worth it!

I always try to take advantage of the Geek Squad product replacement plan. I like being able to return an item if it goes bad without the hassle of shiping it off to someplace . Over the years I had to replace several products after they had gone bad and it was no problem to go into the nearest best buy and at times get the next generation of a product out if the model that I was using was no longer availble. So yes for me paying a few extra dollars was worth it. The only time that I might not pay for the extra protection is when the coverage that I am trying to get is close to a hundred dollars for the item, such as some tablets that I have bought, however that might depend on the item because I got coverage on a washing machine and a dryer at one time and although I may not have to ever use it at least I know that I am covered and for me that makes it worth the peace of mind that I will get. So in conclusion you have to way the risk that you are willing to take and for me it has worked out well over the years and I have no complaints.

Haven't used yet but I like having the security of having it available for use.

You've got to have the Geek Squad service to keep your mental health from worry!
