Q: Do I need to register my plan online or ?? I purchased my plan for my nest security system and want make sure take right steps if needed. I bought this online. Thx

Q: I purchased 2 Echo Show 8” as Christmas gifts for 2 grandchildren. I also purchased the extra protection plan for each. How do I send each of the grandchildren their own protection plan?

A: If you purchase at the store and you have a reward membership and given your phone number with your info. It should in your bestbuy account online, but if you haven't registered, jt should be on the receipt and just show it to them. I recommend taking a picture of the receipt and sent it thru your email, put it somewhere you can remember.

Q: protection plan replacement is for any product or just for the product that you bought the plan

Q: Do you have to be on the monthly service plan in order for the lock to work? Do I have to have two different pin pad? Will I be able to unlock this lock with my phone?

A: Hi Lisa. Thanks for the questions! It sounds like you're referencing a smart door lock. You don't have to have a monthly service plan. Generally that plan will allow you to have increased security features around recording and storing what the camera sees, for example. You shouldn't have to have two different pin pads for it. Depending on the smart lock you chose, you should be able to unlock this with your phone or potentially Siri, Alexa, Google, etc. I hope this helps out!
