Best Buy stands behind their product replacement program. I've used it before with mostly no hassle or issues. Highly recommend this option especially with products that have mechanical moving parts or products you travel with or carry with you. Also a must for high-tech non-basic appliance models and laptops that are going off to college. The best Product Replacement plan available.

Haven’t had to use it but glad I will get my litter robot fixed or replaced if I have a problem.

I Wanted My Amazon Echo Device To Be Under Warranty, So I Purchased Geek Squad Protection. However, I Just Purchased My Device So I Haven't Had Any Issues With It, But I Recommend Purchasing The Warranty To Be Safe.

Great security camera and worth getting the version with better quality video at night. I use mine for my vacation home and it's nice to be able to keep tabs on the coming and going. You will need to purchase a subscription ($60 or $120 per year) in order to record/save events and playback video. Completely worth the money spent.

Love the 4 yr warranty plan!! I have this on both cameras, it’s a very good plan if something goes wrong in the 4 yrs that I own my cameras they won’t repair the ones I own!! They will give me new ones to replace the broken/faulty cameras I have! Great policy!!
