If you’ve never purchased the Best Buy protection plan I would highly recommend doing so. They take the stress and worry away from any item purchased. Rest assured that there will be no hassle or haggle in replacing that item. This is far better than the manufacture warranty and extends much further past most anyways. The best investment I’ve ever made. Everything I buy I include the plan!

They keep your info on file so you can easily file a claim if needed, i highly recommend

I am sure they are lovely. I have not had a chance to use them because I completely forgot about this lol but I'm sure it is wonderful. They did want to charge for $40 to replace a part that took 2 seconds to fix.

The geek squad replacement is a great produce. We had to use it one time for a television and it worked flawlessly. You might not always want it for all products but on a larger purchase it is well worth the money. I think with repair prices being what they are these days, it is actually a bargain for the price. I hope you never have to use it but it sure is nice to have if things go wrong as they sometimes do.

the agents that set up my computer was very professional and receive good geek squad service prior to COVID-19, but since then, the service definitely downhill. The technicians were not knowledgeable not to mention that I need to wait a minimum of 6 hours to get any service. Normally after they are done, no communications from the technician, the problem is not resolved. I need to followup on having my computer serviced.

At the checkout the cashier asked me if I would like an extra warranty on the Ninja Foodie XL Foodie. Of course I wanted one. They were not cheap by no means. So I purchased a 4 year Replacement Warranty; to insure I could have it replaced if anything happened to it. Smartest thing I ever did! This saves me time and money in the long run! Recommend this product and the warranty to Anyone!! Very Satisfied!

I Wanted My Amazon Echo Device To Be Under Warranty, So I Purchased Geek Squad Protection. However, I Just Purchased My Device So I Haven't Had Any Issues With It, But I Recommend Purchasing The Warranty To Be Safe.

i tell anyone that it is always best to purchase the 4 year geek squad product replacement protection plan because you never know when a accident may happen on a product,, anything can go wrong and it will save you lots of money for having this replacement plan. atleast i know that i am.. for no matter how little a cost my be for the product that you purchase.. same money and time

Ordered some very inexpensive headphones and added the protection. Initially thought this is probably a waste of money but it wasn’t expensive. And headphones are going to a preteen. After about 5 or 6 months of use the right earbud stop working. Took it back to Best Buy explained. Sales person said just get another pair. Got new pair so for so good, Thanks Best Buy.

My laptop crashed on me in the middle of completing an extremely important assignment for my student teaching. I called Geek Squad on my phone and they helped me to get it running again. They suggested that I take it into the store for a tuneup and cleanup which would not cost me anything because of my coverage. I love it because, in the long run, it saved me over $1,600 for a new laptop.

Thankfully, I have never had to use these additions for my purchases. Decades ago, I did use the Geek Squad protection plan for a laptop I purchased. The free battery included with the plan (after the battery included with laptop died) was well worth the extra money spent on the plan. In my interactions with Geek Squad, I found them to be competent, friendly, professional, and easy to utilize. The good thing about BB is that every purchase you make is logged online, so there is less need to keep up with those frivolous papers that show what you purchased and when. I recommend if your purchase is more than a hundred or so bucks. It’s better to have and not need than need and not have.
