Purchased a wireless outdoor security camera set. The 4yr protection seems like a very worthwhile purchase as just about anything could go wrong when something is exposed to the elements all day everyday.

They told me at the store if anything goes wrong with my purchase they would replace it. No question asked. Hopefully nothing will happen But, if it does I will get a replacement. I am covered for four years. I won’t really know if this works until I need it. But it sounded really good and the price was worth it.

They are very respectful and helpful staff members they solved my problem very quickly and well in manner

Makes me feel like I don't have to worry if the headset breaks because I can get another one with the protection plan.

The tec support on phone can never help. all ways end up having to go to store for tec help. It would be nice also if they didn't charge $175 an hour For home visit. That's way to high

I had purchased Best Buy's 4-Yr GSP (Geek Squad Protection) for my Lenovo Smart Clock 2 with Wireless Charging Dock in Heather Grey. When it comes to issue(s) whether it be mechanical, electrical, or accidental spill, GSP covers it and it's always a no hassle process.

The product is high quality and easy to install. The associate helped me pick out the best product and also explained to me all information on product.

There is nothing i dislike about this product. What i like is the perfect picture quality amd speed

I have use the Geek Squad service a couple of time and each time they are very helpful. The Replacement service is a must if you are going to purchase any technology. I had a Fitbit Charge they got a chip in the back of it and BestBuy offered me either a full refund since this item was no longer available.

Appears to be a good value as the litter robot is pretty expensive.
