Due to where I live I wanted to make sure I had protection in case all the children started being children. Came in handy once so far. Glad I brought it.

i have not used my protection plan, but why would you buy an item without it? everything i buy from best buy is always purchased with a protection plan

The reason I shop at Best Buy is for the coverage they offer. I have never had any problems with a product that they did not help me with.

I always buy the geek squad protection plans. I just had to use one on a radar detector and as simple as bringing the item in and getting a store credit for price paid!!!

When you have a defective item you can always just take it to Customer Service and she is to the exchange and I’ll take care of it so simple easy and very reliable

Geek Squad warranty service is very much worth the purchase. No hassle replacement or refund if they no longer have the item in stock.

I've found extended warranties are a must to save you the trouble in the future. Just turn product in and walk out with another instead of dealing with the manufacturer.

Its a great device and idea, it Comes in handy for my grandmother because you don't have to pick out the window every 215 minute starting at 2 o'clocklol
