absolutely worth the value that I paid for it. these guys are by the phone all day and very patiently dedicated to helping the consumer fix whatever the issue may be big or small.

I purchased the 3 year accidental geek squad protection. But in hindsight I really did not need this as I am very careful with the camera and do not use it much. It would be a good plan with someone who uses the camera a lot.

I bought this 3 year program because my previous camera, which I had for 3 month, all of a sudden started acting all crazy, took it to the store and they found out that the camera went bad, I got a full in-store refund and bought another camera.

Whenever we get any electronics at Best Buy (especially cameras), we never forget to get the protection plan. With as much as we use the cameras, something is bound to happen to it. We have never had any problems with getting our purchase repaired or replaced.

I almost every time I got for the Protection plan just because if something happens even small I can get a brand new one for a fraction of the price if I would have to pay for it. no reason not to.

This product is def explanatory. Get it and protect your asset.

Always have a protection to ur prodycts becuz my camera once broke on me and thankfully, within the 2 years after, they took it and did an exchange and im happy again with my favorit product

I actually used this service when my Nikon camera had an issue with the LCD screen. It was easy. I dropped the camera off and they called me. And I pick the camera up. Like new again.

Associate explained to me that if anything was to happen to my camera wether it be personal damage or manufacture they would repair or replace the camera. The protection is worth it because anything can happen and this is a major investment.

Doesn't hurt to have a Geek Squad protection plain. Will come in handy if something happens to the camera. Usually will be replaced for a new one if original cannot be fix. Based on previous experiences buying products from Best Buy.

I have used the Geek Squad over the last few years on three different computers and have always been impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail and desire to resolve problems. I have taken my computer in to the store, and used their 24/7 on line services. Both have been great. The online services are particularly useful when I am out of the country and have problems with my computer.
