great protection have had to replace the adapter twice already. the only problem was that best buy did not stock the adapter.

Very helpful and very timely response. My laptop wasn't holding charge and the keyboard wasn't working properly.

This was purchased on the replacement laptop after my daughter spilled water in her keyboard and the computer failed. We had it on that laptop and it was replaced with a new one. Have to have this!
