Have a Microsoft pro that would not charge. Took it to the Geek Squad for help. They sent it off and 2 weeks later had a new computer waiting on me

Sometimes you think it is not neccessary to purshase an extended warranty, but when unexpected occurs is better to have it.

Haven’t needed to use it yet thank goodness! Im sure it'll be great

Geek squad works great. I always get the protection because I’m not Tech Savy. They are always helpful and make sure the product is fixed or new.

Very nice gentleman and put everything together for me and showed me all that I could absorb now and will be back for my questions that need answering.

Although I didn't use my whole two years for a laptop I bought I was able to get another instead and had to pay what was left which was kind of cool. It was like an upgrade basically.

This is a good protection plan if you need it for your situation. In our case, the product was used for school and we needed a quick turn around time if a accident happened.

Though it was a little expensive but it’s always better safe than sorry. Bought for the fact that there is a chance something could go wrong.

This was definitely a great purchase. I recommended it 10/10.

Excellent help with a computer issue I was having with my PC

Given how my daughter treats her computer, we needed the geek squad protection for two years. Haven't needed it yet, but I am sure we will!

Geek squad is great at checking out your item that has an issue and if it's not fixable then you can get a replacement item.

My son wasted a cup of chocolate milk on the key board and thank goodness for purchasing the warranty! They will clean and be good as new!
