Haven’t needed to use it so far but for the price and coverage it’s a great buy to protect my device. A piece of mind purchase.

Geek Squad has always been good in solving basic problems with computers and other devices and worth the expense to get a protection plan.

I haven't had to use this, but I'm happy to have gotten this protection for my laptop.

I always recommend purchasing an extra warranty on expensive electronics. Need to protect your investment.

I felt this 2 year protection was a good deal. I will use it as much as I can to keep my computer running at its best.

Geek Squad helped me set up my new computer which i bought from Best Buy. Haven't used them lately since we've been on lockdown, but will use them soon
