Very clear videos, Don't feel any ghosting perfect for gaming

I bought a open box monitor from them and added the warranty just in case it ever decides to go out they’ll replace it with the new one for free

the only gripe with this warranty is the lack of accidental coverage, but then again I hope you aren't carrying around your monitor everywhere and that its sitting safely and comfortable on your desk and anything. Get this warranty though unless you plan on replacing your monitor after a short amount of time anyway.

Purchased Best Buy's GSP to cover my Samsung Odyssey Neo G9. I've purchased Best Buy's GSP on other high ticket items in the past and have always enjoyed their coverage for a reasonable price.

I don’t typically purchase product insurance, but at only $15 per year, this four year coverage makes good sense when you factor in the extent of the full replacement policy, even if only a pixel or two goes out!

Because this monitor is being used in a college dorm we decided this would be necessary. My son is careful but who knows about the rest of the dorm.

I use this as my office monitor & I appreciate the sleek design. If this is just for webpage viewing or basic work related stuff this monitor will get the job done. Good product for basic users or tech challenged.

The customer service I receive from my Protection Plan, from Geek Squad, is excellent. About every three months I use their 800 number for the purposes of having them take over my computer and clean all the viruses, malwares, adwares, etc., off of my computer. Occasionally, I have a specific issue with settings, or Outlook, and they are always accommodating in helping me resolve the issue. For the price, I feel I get a very good return on my investment.

Anytime I buy a high ticket item… You can be sure I’m gonna add an extended warranty. Better safe than sorry.

Always happy with the Geeksquad Replacement Plan. I used never pay for these until one time I had a problem with a product and wished I had purchased this plan. I get it everytime now and have had to use it.
