If it's not, we give you a gift card for what you paid and that can go towards maybe a different model (like a different Xbox controller than what you had) or an entirely different purchase. |Geek squad gives you peace of mind in case your electronic happens to fail on you that they'll get it fixed and if they can't then get it replaced

Love the warranty (no apple products)
|Always get the warranty on electronics as long as its not on apple products best buy will reimburse item. Theyvwont reimburse the warranty cost but its alot cheaper to get a new waranty than a new product. Apple products you must call apple care

|Warranty at Best Buy is always worth it. Not only do they fix your issue, but if there is no solution to the problem, a replacement is possible. The geek squad is really helpful, so I always recommend this
