Hey, so id like to give my two cents of this particular monitor. I 100% believe, you pay for what you get, but for this to be $250, seems a little much. the refresh rate i definitely notice a slight difference, but truthfully if you’re not tech savvy you probably wont notice. I also notice a more saturated color lighting. definitely have to play to get to your liking, i like a cool crisp light. But ive seen it for a couple of months at 180, so i definitely believe that’s probably a red flag, but for 180 i can not complain! I get swivel and tilt for my screen, the button for me is managable and doesnt really effect style, and the helpfulness of the cord organizer is always a bonus. Also gaming on it feels smooth and i dont feel any stutter or anything since i switched for this one to soley game on.reminder it doesnt have audio so its really only good if you have speakers, headphone, or a second monitor with audio. ONLY REASON 3 STARS is because i believe for what they price it orginally, you might as well save up and look into getting a more expensive/better monitor but it gets the job done and im keeping it!

I highly recommend whatever the purchase that you get the product plan at BestBuy. Not only do you save money on quality products by purchasing at BestBuy with the lowest price guarantee, but you can take advantage of a great deal on the service replacement plan so if ever you need it you have quality friendly service to back you up. Get it you will be glad you did.

I always purchase Best Buy's GSP on most high ticket item(s) I purchase from Best Buy. I dislike their TotalTech program as it requires a deductible for them to service your device whereas the GSP almost covers everything without deductible. I highly recommend getting the GSP over the TotalTech!

I love geek squad protection and try to get it on my products whenever possible. This plan covers most issues that you can run into with monitors. Its easy to claim and get a replacement/store credit. Keep in mind this does not cover physical damage of any kind.

The reason why I always buy all of my electronics at Best Buy is beacuse of the Geek Squad and Extended Warranty, Geek Squad techs are savvy, professional, and get things done, highly recommended.

I received it for my Christmas present and I honestly love how it fits on my desk and it looks smoother graphically if we compare it to my last monitor

The Geek squad delivered and installed a refrigerator - and did it very well. I had previously only gone to appliance outlets, but so far, I am very pleased to have gone to Best Buy. The Geek Squad was great - professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them.

Best monitor for content creation and gaming with the best specs around. Campaign and multiplayer games look great. The only thing that will be better is a 4k oled monitor that will eventually come out in the future.

Awesome picture, easy setting navigation and great color

One thing about Best Buy is that you will get better service on returns in general if you pay the extra. I just returned a 24" monitor that was less than a month from the expiration of the 4 year warranty. Just a few minutes later and everything was great. Without it, I would have had to come up with another $100 to replace the monitor. Quite happy with it.

Had this before my total Membership was a great product but now don’t have to pay for it separately.

I have personally have not had to utilize geek squad since the product I bought from best by is very high quality but i love the security geek squad offers knowing i have it for 4 years!

I would and wouldn’t recommend this. The way it was explained to me by multiple Best Buy associates was different than how it actually works. Seems like they lie to sell it, But it comes in handy sometimes when you do need it.

The customer service I receive from my Protection Plan, from Geek Squad, is excellent. About every three months I use their 800 number for the purposes of having them take over my computer and clean all the viruses, malwares, adwares, etc., off of my computer. Occasionally, I have a specific issue with settings, or Outlook, and they are always accommodating in helping me resolve the issue. For the price, I feel I get a very good return on my investment.
