Very pleased with this purchase. I problem with recent computer purchased that I couldn’t fix; so I called the geek squad told them the problem. They knew right away the problem and fixed with a timely matter. Thank goodness.

We always get the Geek Squad package.... Saved us on many purchases of items that died, had issues or anything after the manufacturer warranty or accidents.

I got the 4 year geek squad replacement, and was one of the best additional purchase I made. I ran into issues with my monitor with some dead pixel and screen flicker. I went to the store, explained my problems and no issues with a replacement

Good service. Be aware that you will only get refund of the same model is not available. While I’m ok with that policy it’s good if they can provide a similar model without having to pay more for buying a replacement.

I didn't buy these until several years ago when there was a problem with a laptop. Instead of having a local solution, my poor little computer had to go to Houston and wait out a huge hurricane. Insult to injury! Buy the extra coverage and be treated much better if and when something goes wrong.

Very good monitor with perfect hz settings. It works perfect for hdmi or display port settings.

One of the best images I have seen when using the screen. Highly recommend. Plus, it's lightweight and very portable.

Geek squad product replacement gives excellent pice of mind in case any issues occur after manufacture warranty it help you to get it replaced.

I do like GSP for monitors since it really does make the exchange process easy. I would recommend it for consoles, controllers, headphones, and monitors.

so if u need to return your tv after 1 year and u have a 5 year warranty u loose 4 years of it because u have to buy a new warranty for the new tv they give u. my advise is to get a 2 year warranty and just renew it 3 months before just incase its breaks sooner than later

I would highly recommend geek squad protection especially on more expensive items. It means a ot to know best buy has my back!

I absolutely love Geek Squad protection. I purchase it on all my electronics I buy at Best Buy. I am impressed at the lengths they will go to in helping resolve any problem I have ever had up to replacing the unit with a new one.
