I bought the service for a monitor and actually forgot to get it at the time of purchase. Adding it later was super easy process. BB has good customer service (unlike many other stores).

glad I used the warranty. Got mine replaced bc a unbalanced fan. It ran loud and annoying. Got it replaced for new version. Don't like you lose it when you use the replacemen option.

I love my second monitor! It is such a lifesaver and helps me get assignments completed super fast. I haven't had to use the replacement plan yet, thankfully.

Working with Geek Squad over a period of time I always renew with them because they have never let me down and they can work remotely where as I don't even have to come in with my laptop

How can you NOT buy a 4 year protection plan on a monitor for $10? I bought this monitor because my monitor was fried in Hurricane Irma. So worth the extra few dollars even if we don't have a hurricane, but just a power surge.

This is so worth the money! I highly recommend this for computers. They can break down in so many ways.

Purchased along with new computer monitor. Haven't had to use it and hope I don't. But Geed Squad protection always gives me peace of mind on tech purchases.

It is a great option to have when you purchase open box items, people return items for a reason and you do not want to deal with issues after the Return Policy expires !

Geek squad warranty is awesome ivwould reccomend it to anyone who buys from best buy.
