I love my second monitor! It is such a lifesaver and helps me get assignments completed super fast. I haven't had to use the replacement plan yet, thankfully.

For someone just getting into pcs that doesn't really care to build their own, this is a great addition to a new pc setup so you have no worries until you learn a bit more

glad I used the warranty. Got mine replaced bc a unbalanced fan. It ran loud and annoying. Got it replaced for new version. Don't like you lose it when you use the replacemen option.

Perfect monitor for online gaming. Tracks great and the price was awesome for it.

I bought the service for a monitor and actually forgot to get it at the time of purchase. Adding it later was super easy process. BB has good customer service (unlike many other stores).
