Even though i dont think anything is going to happen to my monitor in four years. It just gives you peace of mind to know that your covered if something does happen

I bought the 4 year warranty on a monitor it broke at about 3 1/2 year and they replaced no questions asked.

I opened up the box which appeared to be brand new, but there were old components with masking tape and handwriting on them. I was unable to assemble it and missed the return window - clearly my fault but that just sucks. Now I'm stuck with this crappy monitor. Not very happy. I'll try to work with the geek squad to get it assembled and hopefully I can make it work. I'm not holding my breath
