Always worth the purchase. I have had 2 controllers with stick drift and 2 desktops have issues soon after purchasing. Had them replaced free of charged. Never buy a product without it.

Knowing that the Geek Squad can help me with ant technical difficulties I have is very reassuring. I'm not really great with technology, so having then as a safety net makes me feel like I can get the most out of my product and helps ease my worries.

Always get the insurance Best Buys has the best replacement warranty. Even at times when it's a bit pricy. A Laptop after 4 years needs a battery or a whole replacement because the way I use them the thermal paste wears out and overheats get a replacement.

Haven't had to use this purchase yet. But it was a good add-on value when I purchased the monitor.

I purchased this VESA monitor for working from home employment. The screen color is vibrant and clear. The only issue is the on/off button is behind the monitor not underneath the right-hand corner of the screen like most monitors.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Geek Squad at both the Altamonte Springs and Sanford stores. I called because my Samsung monitor is having issues — it’s not displaying pixels correctly, G-Sync does not connect properly. I clearly explained that I had purchased the Geek Squad Product Replacement plan, and expected a replacement option as promised. Instead, I was met with bad attitudes and was told they would only replace my monitor with the exact same model, and that I could not choose another monitor even if I paid the difference. When I asked for store credit, as outlined in the terms of the replacement plan, they told me it would need “approval” from them. This is not what the plan describes, and it feels like they were intentionally making the process difficult instead of honoring the replacement policy. I paid for a replacement plan — not a repair plan — and I expect Geek Squad to follow through on the terms of that agreement. The lack of professionalism and willingness to help was very disappointing.

I have never had an issue IF I had to bring something in for replacement or work.

Works great, easy to set up, great quality, the only downside is the volume, you need speakers!
