Great service I liked how it works ill be coming back

I will always get the 4 year protection plan as it is reasonably priced and well worth it.

I purchased this protection plan because I wanted peace of mind in case something happened to my monitor. Unfortunately, my monitor stopped working in less than a month and would no longer power on. The replacement process itself was easy, and I appreciate that Best Buy honored the plan. However, I was disappointed to learn that monitors are replaced rather than repaired, and this was never explained to me when I purchased the protection plan. What was even more frustrating is that once you receive the replacement, the original protection plan ends. If you want the replacement monitor to be covered, you have to purchase a brand-new protection plan again. I don't think this is made clear enough at the time of purchase, and customers should know this before deciding to buy the plan. The replacement was handled well, but I believe Best Buy should be much more transparent about how coverage works after a replacement.

If you sign up for this Best Buy will take care of everything. I don't know how they make money but it is a good service. I have had several interactions with the Geek Squad and they just fixed it and were nice. Came to my house. I am pleased.

If you’re accident prone like me this is a MUST! If you’re making a big purchase with anything always make sure you get the warranty or some sort of protection to protect your equipment

I love the protection plan for the simple fact of i can take it in to get fixed or if theres nothing they can do I simply get a new one. No issue or questions asked. I have kids and they tend to break things so for the low price of a new support plan my worries are quickly gone. I have used this many timea to repair/replace my tech. I remember specifically my Arctis Pro headset went out. Battery stopped charging on the dock and my headset was having trouble connecting. Painfully enough they had changed over to the new Arctis Nova Pros so I couldnt get what I had before. With this plan I got what i paid originally back and used that to buy the new Nova Pros. Had them ever since. I never go without the plan. It may cost a bit upfront but on the backend never having to worry about it breaking again is a no brainer. Ypu have to purchase a new plan when you replace the item but thats cheap compared to what the item costs.

Had 2 very expensive monitors die on me after about 18 months. Other than eating the $150 warranty cost each time, the exchange process is pretty painless and easy

I am always getting protective coverage for my stuff. Easy to get it repaired but I will say the updates are lacking
