Total Rip Off. Scam. Zero Need to purchase this; it will not cover anything that even just looks -like accidental damage -despite the sales clerk saying it would cover it like a small screen crack to sell me this useless insurance. 3 months into using the product - somehow a crack formed in the screen (i absolutely never touched it) but was told very dismissively by the Geek Squad tech they won't even look at it. the very lousy attitudes by geek squad techs at pentagon city is a different concern all together. Worse decision ever to go ahead with the recommended coverage plan.

i HAVE TO NEED IT BUT i BELIEVE IT TO BE WELL WORTH THE MONEY.

I bought a monitor and used it for a month. I returned the monitor to Best Buy and got it replaced instantly with a brand new one. Also, my warranty period started over.

The store employees recommended insurance for all my electronics. Yes, ill recommend this service to everyone who shop at BestBuy

never had a problem with geek squad except the price. It is more expensive than other options but extremely convenient to take things to Best Buy and get a new one or original value towards a new model
