Overall a great monitor and does the job well! Currently use it for gaming and video editing.

Long life. Purchased on June 30, 2019, and this monitor is still going strong. I had purchased the optional 4 year geek squad coverage because this was a gift. I didn't have to use it. One of the inputs is a bit wiggly but works. No missing pixels still. No screen burns.

Great monitor, options to change settings especially for gaming are very useful since I have poor eyesight.

Im about to go and swap this item for a new and better one which will cost less than my initial item

Awesome!! Got this with a price match for a cheaper price. This is just awesome. I initially got the 2721NX model, then I returned it and got his 2721H model. Basically the same, and this one comes with a speaker. Trust me the speaker is better than a stereo speaker, better than most laptops. If you are looking for a monitor that has a speaker, go for this. This feels like a TV. Just don't forget to google for a price match!

I recommend getting Geek Squad. I never had any problems with the service at all.

This monitor lasted me 3 years until the hdmi port went loose. Was a phenomenal purchase to get the geek squad replacement plan! The geek squad made it quick and efficient to return and exchange the item! Love best buy and geek squad. Keep up the great work!

Monitor has worked great, had it for a little over 4 years now with no issues.

This monitor is good for home/office use as well as a gaming monitor. It's a smart TV as well. Generally speaking, it works as it should, but the speakers in this monitor are junk. They are tinny and rattle. I've had this monitor a couple days and as I say it's a 4k monitor, which is what I bought it for, it seems to do that work just fine. It's just a shame the sound quality is so bad.

Great budget friendly monitor for gaming. I use it as a side monitor for PC, and I prefer this one over my 240 hz monitor for console gaming.

This is the best warranty in the world. I do not buy any electronics at Best Buy without getting the replacement warranty jic something happens you can be reassured that you can return the product for a new one. Always get this! you will be so grateful if your monitor goes out or appliance or item stops working. It is WELL WORTH IT!!

Great for media consumption, text is not as sharp on my previous 4K monitor. I primarily interact with text based work and its noticable however at a distance and increasing the sharpness in the settings makes it not as noticable.
