I buy almost all of my electronic though Best Buy because of this plan. Employees are always so nice and helpful. I will never buy another company's replacement plan because I have already found the best!!

Having protection is a no brainer. No technology is perfect, so by having the option to replace our fix if something goes bad, is highly recommended.

Best buy has always been my go to page for anything tech. Never had issues and it's always a pleasure when I've needed them.

I wasnt explained much about it but it was for a long period of time so i thought it would be a good idea. I will probably forget about it before its useful but whatever!

I have not had to use the geek squad service this year but my experience in the past has been excellent. I would recommend for peace of mind on all electronic and appliance purchases!

I just purchased it for my Acer monitor. We'll see how good they are if/when I need it fixed/replaced. Other reviewers said it wasn't an issue and it seems like dealing with Acer warranty support will force you to pay for shipping to their repair depot (???). So, whatever. Capitalism.

A must have with todays electronics. And its alot easier dealing with best buy than a company across the seas.

I did end up using it for an item that burned out in 11 months since purchase...went in with the item, gave them my phone number and they got me a new one. No hassle no stalls. They let you get the same thing or something better just pay the difference.

Need this it's a very good price for 4 years of coverage

I’ve not used the service on these products and hoping I don’t ever have to. Only because, the product should be great on its own and not require a service plan. That being said, I ha e used geek squad in the past for something else and my experience with them was great. Great customer service and the reps were very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!

Provides comfort because the screen can sometimes be in an awkward position.

Over all good monitor for gaming, but downfall is that there is no audio on this monitor so you would need to have external speakers for the expired

The best buy warantee is the best out there, I always say is better to buy it and not need it then to need it and not had bought it.

I bought this for I could work from home and it's very good quality I love it
