The geek squad agent helped me get my computer to working good

Excellent service from Geek Squad, grateful and very happy.

Although this was a wonderful purchase, I wanted to ensure anything and everything was covered. It was affordable and provides a good backstop.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Geek Squad at both the Altamonte Springs and Sanford stores. I called because my Samsung monitor is having issues — it’s not displaying pixels correctly, G-Sync does not connect properly. I clearly explained that I had purchased the Geek Squad Product Replacement plan, and expected a replacement option as promised. Instead, I was met with bad attitudes and was told they would only replace my monitor with the exact same model, and that I could not choose another monitor even if I paid the difference. When I asked for store credit, as outlined in the terms of the replacement plan, they told me it would need “approval” from them. This is not what the plan describes, and it feels like they were intentionally making the process difficult instead of honoring the replacement policy. I paid for a replacement plan — not a repair plan — and I expect Geek Squad to follow through on the terms of that agreement. The lack of professionalism and willingness to help was very disappointing.

Agents installed my washer, dryer, and refrigerator. They were very helpful and knowledgeable on the appliances they were installing.

We bought this product for a new monitor. Geek Squad is always there with the right answers and fixes. Appreciate them much.

This is always a must when buying computers or electronics. Do not rely on the manufacturers warranty, choose best buy to protect you

Haven’t used it yet but I like the price and the years that I have to be able to call them if I need anything fixed.

Any tech device is a must have protection/warranty. In case something breaks or goes wrong you are saving money more than spending.

Purchasing Geek Squad helped us to not worry if anything went wrong. We know the Geek Squad will take care of us.

Purchased this for a monitor. I have not had to use it, but had one on a microwave that they replaced with a new one.

Games run smooth, bought 2 of them for my PC because of the quality.

Best buy’s greek squad warranties are the best! definitely worth it. never had an issue redeeming warranties in the past.
