    I’m halfway through my 4 year protection plan and my monitor is giving me issues. Why would I need to purchase a new protection plan to make sure my replacement is insured when I’m 2 years into a 4 year plan? Can you have a supervisor contact me to discuss this.

    They count on you to mess this up. Why can't Best Buy apply a 'protection plan' to the product that you purchase it for? Not convenient the way it is, you get an email, with a link, then have to go input all the information somewhere else. Maybe it's just me. I'm guessing that most people probably forget to even complete the process.

    they are good help if it can be fixed over phone but very very poor service if they have to send it away

    Best Buy did not honor my replacement monitor and it heated up and cracked. Do not buy the replacement plan.

    \(^-^) AVOID PURCHASE!! (^-^)/ Square shaped object found inside. Kinda heavy, sharp corners , some kind of bottom foot claw pokin' out. glass covers one side. . cant believe my wife paid for this. ( ´・_ゝ・)

    The computer screen stopped working and the associate informed me that it was not covered because it was not related to dead pixels.

    I bought a Samsung monitor with the 4yr protection plan. Seven months later the monitor screen was damaged and when I trued to use the plan they told me that the plan I purchased doesn’t cover screen damage and they don’t sell one that does. What a joke! First they sold me protection plan that was a scam to begin with then they tell me the protection plan doesn’t actually protect

    Mm the product was really nice my son loves it buttttt I paid for the geek squad and my son dropped it by accident and they said it can’t be fixable because the geek squad does not cover like they didn’t say that when we bought the geek squad insurance .

    Although I love the monitor, Best Buy really didn’t explain my 4 year warranty protection when buying it … My Purchase of the Samsung T55 27” feels like a complete waste of money, when I can’t exchange it out for a new due to damage. Hopefully I can find a better store to shop from.

    you do not get what you are paying for. at coast of 200.00 you this when they are on computer remotely they would do more then shut down the computer. this happened to me 8 time in 2 days and issues was still not fixed. it also took 3 drop calls before i got to first tech who just shut down computer.

    I'm not impressed with this warranty. I found out that if there is any problem at all, the replacement warranty becomes void after only one use. That's no good, because you hope to have the product longer and if a problem arose, you're out of luck!

    Holy shot, I don't remember buying a product replacement! Can I get my money back? What product did I get it on? dang it ... money wasted. I think this was a gimme, included... I'd never spend money on something like this unless it's a major appliance or something expensive.
