    Geek Squad is the worst excuse for tech support I have ever seen. They do nothing for you and just make up a ton of excuses. DO NOT get Geek Squad for ANYTHING. I have gotten it more than 5 times thinking it would get better, but each time I try to use the service, I am very dissatisfied.

    Bought this for a monitor protection

    I bought this for my monitor to make sure no dead pixels happened. Dead pixels happened after a month brought it in was told the monitor was no longer carried and given my money back for the monitor but not the protection. Completely useless will buy tech and protection elsewhere.

    Warrenty is a scam !! Monitor died after one year. Paid $60 for insurance, Plus $412 for item. Store can't get monitor and only offered store credit for $335. SCAMMED !!

    Its the worse at time of sale they tell you it covers broken screen then u go to gerk squad and they tell you it doesn't cover

    No stars , not even worth purchasing. My monitor screen inside is cracked a little but geek squad don’t cover it at all, it can not be any cracks on or inside monitor. So I had to get partial refund.

    I feel completely cheated from the services i purchased because no one was ever available for services since the beginning of last year (2020). This company should've refunded or gave everyone extended periods.

    Accidental damage is not covered although when they sell, they will tell you that accidental damage is covered.

    Wouldn’t replace my cracked monitor screen they lied when they said the warranty covers everything including cracked screens

    What is the point when you use it once it is used up according to this store. If you have to replace a monitor you have to buy another warranty? No thank you.

    Not worth the money because Best Buy is not committed to customers. Not happy, should never ever dealt with bestbuy because when it is comes time you have a complaint, it is never resolved with satisfaction.

    Type of protection not on receipt. Can't open details for protection plan. Also, cashier did not explain plan and rang out the purchase before asking. 1 star for no clue what I got.

    Completely worthless. Doesn't cover accidental damage, so what's the point really? If there's a fault with you product 99 percent of the time the manufacturer will cover it, there is no need for this crap.

    Not worth it I bought a 1000 dollar monitor paid 150 dollars for the coverage and it didn’t cover accidental damage which I found out after my four year old son broke it
