Bought this for 2nd office monitor. So far it's working perfectly.

Looks like if I ever need it, it will be easy to put in place and get my issue fixed. No worries is very satisfying.

You just never know when a product may fail. Even the best of items have accidents or fail so play it safe and buy this.

I have not had to use the Geek Squad on this product but have for other products that I have bought from Best Buy and have been very happy with them.

I had to use geek squad 2 times for my monitor when it started to mess up and both times I took it in and I walked out with a brand new monitor.

A protection that will come in handy in the future

Always good to invest on a protection plan for an expensive electronic item. Geek Squad plans have worked well for me when things go south. Give a second look at a protection plan; always worth it !

Had to replace my monitor because of a dead pixel. Return and replacement went smoothly, no issues.

This has already paid for itself. We have used it on another computer we already had and saved us a bunch.

They refunded my faulty Odussey G7 28 inch that had a dead pixel line.
