The geek squad is always reliable and very easy to work with

I love this printer. It is really serving its purpose and I can print from my cell, laptop and my desktop. It is an excellent, high quality item.

Haven't use the geek squad yet but i do like to get the extra protection plan. It helps.

I have had to use the Geek Squad often and they have been able and willing to help in every situation. I strongly recommend paying the fee to get their assistance.

It's a warranty/guarantee. Hopefully won't have to use it but it's good to know the option is available.

Most tv manufactures only give you 1 year. I'm so glad Best Buy can give you 2 years on TV's and electronics.
