Have liked all my Geek Squad service. Have it for all my electronics equipment, also washer and dryer , and they have worked with me on all.

I can’t say it enough for the price the 2 year replacement is amazing. I’ve never been a fan of paying for additional coverage but for total replacement at this price can’t go wrong.

Never bought before but hoping it’s worth it this time.

Even if you think you wont need it, you should always get an extra warranty for your electronics...you just never know when something is going to happen and it costs so little for not having to worry!

We almost always but the Geek Squad Product Replacement Plan, of course especially for electrical components. It just gives us peace of mind.

Agents insured my safety as well as their’s. Worked quickly affectively and cleanly. Will have them back to hook up sound bar and stereo system.

My printer died and Geek Squad replaced it no problem, Of course I had replacement warranty, but I didn't get hassled, just was able to pick out another printer.

Have not needed assistance, but glad to know they are available.

Best Buy always carries great warranty and insurance for the price! Most retailers don’t replace the item as they say but beat buy does!

It’s worth it purchasing this replacement plan. The hard drive that I bought has spinning hard drive, it’s nice to have peace of mind while using the hard drive with my Xbox ONe S.

This service is excellent. I have used it many times through the years and the technicians have been top notch and always fixed the issues.

When you’re not always like me you need knowledgeable back office support. That’s what’s being offered, I take a vantage of it

I was a bit taken back by the price of the protection but was super happy when my daughter broke it and I had protection so I was able to take it in and not pay a dollar extra to have it replaced
