I definitely am glad I got this. My last tv died 3 months before the warranty ran out. This is worth the price, and I always get it.

I've not had any issue with the keyboard I got protection on but if I do being able to exchange it is worth the extra 10 bucks, its great to have that peace of mind.

I give this 4 because the printer gets jammed alot. THankfully i bought the geek squad protection so this will hopefully be fixed or replaced

With the way products can be wonky from the factory these days to the way consumers can be clumsy with their purchases, these store purchased warranties are absolutely worth every penny.
