This is an unusual printer in the fact that I had a paper jam and finally realized, after research, that I had to turn the printer on its side or just lift it up to remove the paper jam. Actually it has no cover on the bottom. The paper was easy to remove and then the printer was ready to use.

Replaced or refund you when your item breaks or malfunctions!!! So worth the price for peace of mind Incase anything happens
