I recently purchased geek squad protection for a new two in one and also for the dvd burner I purchased. So far I have not had to use it other than a few questions so I will not give a full 5 stars as yet. I do not foresee any problems.

They were always pleasant and always got the job done . They fixed my P C and installed my TV

Not too expensive. Definitely came in handy when 1st headset quit working in less than 6 mths. Reimbursement cost was applied to a better quality headset & 2 yr protection plan was extended another 2 yrs. for a prorated cost.

Hope I don’t wait to long to use the printer to see if I need to use the warranty. My last printer I did wait to long & the printer was junk & didn’t get to use the warranty. My fault.
