Best graphics card for price, very reliable as it has still kept up fir the last 3 years and is still working js as new.

I've had to use this program before and it saved me a considerable amount of money. Best Buy never questioned anything once they looked up the protection and I was able to get a replacement very quick and out the door I went a " happy camper"! Worth the money if it saves a lot of time and frustration for me :-)

It's essentially just some coverage that I would highly recommend for any product that is prone to wear and tear. Personally I purchased this alongside a Logitech Mouse. Logitech's gear is known to have some hiccups along the way so putting down another $10 is worth it in the long run.

Overall, a decent printer for documents. Quality is okay but this printer is not fast nor meant for printing pictures. I should have read the specifications on the HP website, but this printer does not support borderless printers like my old Canon printer. For example, when printing a 4x6" picture in landscape mode it leaves a 1/4" border on the left, top, and bottom but the major issue is that it leaves a 1/2" border on the right making the 4x6" picture into an off-centered 3.90"x5.5" picture. I verified with the HP representative that this in is fact true. This is the link https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c08273514 to the HP support page and on the bottom, it states, "Borderless printing - NO" Besides that the software for the printer forces you to sign up with HP to utilize the scan feature and all of the other diagnostic settings. And for some reason when it prompts you to sign up and redirect you to the HP website to sign up, it will not work the Google Chrome, MS Edge, MS Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox. I had to download DuckDuckGo to be able to sign up to log in into the program. I am using Windows 11 desktop. This was a nightmare that took another 2 hours to figure out. All-in-all the scanning feature and quality is no different than my older Canon all-in-one printer. For the sub $50 price this is an okay printer for basic copy and document printing but not for pictures. If and when this printer fails I will be looking to spend a bit more for a better printer with borderless printing.

We always purchase the replacement vs the other that they have. We have sent our items that no longer work and either we get a replacement or a gift card to use in the store. I would always purchase this replacement on big ticket items, it is well worth it.

I got the 2 year replacement plan and i think its worth the few extra bucks.

Great printer. We've had it 3 years without any issues. Bought the 4 year protection and am just now using it.

I have not had to use this coverage, but for the coverage you get, the cost seemed reasonable to me. Since printers can be unreliable, and since the basic warranty was only a year, it made sense to me to add a protection plan.

My experience dictates that any significant purchase of electronic products from BB must have the plus factor of a Geek Squad policy to ensure protection after warranty period. This is a PLUS factor available only from Best Buy!

with every purchase the protection from geek squad offers extra confidence in buying stuff from them worth buying it if u need extra protection for the price which u can afford. usually they are good on that too.

Love the product; still use it til this day. Definitely recommend.

My son is just so HARD on everything! I buy the warranties because no matter what random accident he has with something, it will be fixed or replaced.

I love this printer. It was so easy to set up. I'm not computer savvy. It amazed me that I set it up so fast! Print quality is excellent. It is 100% better and quieter than the HP3520 that I replaced.
