great program, every time you go to BEst Buy to replace something with this, becomes easier than ever. I love this program and I don't buy anything without registering on this.

All my big purchases include the protection plan, it's 100% worth it. I had a hard drive fail 3 months in on a brand new laptop, I lost everything on that drive but since I was covered I dropped it off and they installed a new hard dive at no cost and loaded windows on it.

Just great and its something we all need. Don't change anything

I always make sure I get the product replacement guarantee because it's so easy to replace your items when they stop working. It gives you that peace of mind.

I brought in my defunct printer that I had only a few months. The good news was that the price had gone down on it and I was given a better printer and a credit for the price drop. It was all done in a few minutes.

I purchased the 4 year warranty to fix or replace. Hope I never have to use it but have it just incase. I normally don’t purchase warranty’s but to pay that much just for a printer I added it.

i dont usually buy warranty for my products but best buy offers the best protection plans for your investments, if you are buying a game disc or movies on disc i dont recommend it, but if you are getting electronics such laptops, cellphones, etc i suggest getting the protection plan

It’s the best decision for appliances.You can either bring it in or have them come to your house to fix or setup appliances, which is a lot better than having to find out who’s going to fix it.

They never seem to have time,not so friendly and mostly not very willing to help or give better alternative. Its very frustrating

Seriously, if something is going to break down, it's usually within the first year or two. Getting a service plan on something you plan on keeping five years or more is important! And if they can't fix it, they will replace it, so, you can't lose out there, either!
