I haven’t had to use my protection plan yet. But my close neighbors use geek squad for a lot of things they’ve purchased and have nothing but good things to say. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly and punctual.

The agent who installed the cameras was informative and clear. He was very helpful throughout the entire experience.

Hopefully will not need extended "geek squad" warranty but feels nice to know they are there for me.

Just incase something happens to your item from issues of it not working or battery degrading: it has you covered.

It’s a must have for any electronic , you should always purchase a warranty plan yea, you spend a couple extra bucks buts let’s same a year from now your item goes out , go on the website make your claim an it’s done.

GSP gives me piece of mind. I dont plan on my products giving out or breaking but if they do i know im covered. If u cant afford to purchase the same product in the next 2 weeks then get the protection.
