When purchasing an expensive or electronic item from Best Buy, I always purchase the Geek Squad Protection plan. I've had several items under the Geek Squad plan replaced with no worries.

Haven't had to use the warranty, hoping i don't ever need to. BB does take care of you from my past experiences with them.

The 4 year Geek Squad product replacement service came in handy with one of our Ring video doorbells stopped working. The doorbell was replaced with no problem. Happy we purchased the service when we purchased the product.

My advice is, why buy a new item and not get coverage for it. It has paid off in the past and depending on the product, which is more, the protection plan or a new product? Small investment for great value.

I appreciate the piece of mind knowing that is something happens my device will get fixed or replaced.

I bought the geek squad warranty because it will replace the items if something happens to it or if they no longer works. Also the price was very reasonable and affordable very satisfied with the purchase.

I wish the protection plan was a lot better when your product craps out you have to physically trade it in and buy a new product I think that method sucks and they need Ed to create a better system with that
