If I could give less than one star I would. I purchased Geek Squad protection for a Level Smart lock that failed after two years. I was told that I needed to make an instore appointment for the repair. This makes no sense as the problem is with an installed lock - and it needs to be remedies. Save your money and don't bother buying a protection plan that does nothing to protect you.

Great for when repairs are needed. Very helpful and knowledgable.

This 4 year geek squad protection plan is unbeatable, have had to use it several times great plan would recommend it to anybody.

Being able to unlock with the phone by tap is a game changer.

So far I have had no problems so I haven't used my warranties yet. Might have wasted the money, but I like the ease of mind knowing it's there

The agent informed me of what happens if a product is purchased with insurance. Some products come with insurance however having more is better than some.

This must have been a client decision as I normally do not buy extended warranties. Peace of mind.

I love having the Geek Squad service because if anything is wrong and they can’t solved the problem, they will replace or credit the item back to you.

All I can say is always get the protection plan from geek squad it’s always worth it in case something happens you don’t have to pay out of pocket
