No matter what I buy at Best Buy I always purchase the Protection Plan. It has paid off. Some items I may never have to utilize the Plan but I have had several TV's, a refrigerator, Tech Items, an Apple Computer and an HP Computer that I have used the plan for and it was well worth the money. They replaced all items that went bad!

With a product like a Swann Camera Surveillance system you need protection. I am impressed with Geek Squad. A dude name Bill knew his stuff and John, the store manager, from Bolingbrook really knows how to get things done. Thanks those 2 I will probably end up getting a TV, Surround plus installation sometime......

This service was ordered for a friend in Washington state. The Geek Squad staff have been so very helpful in resolving issues regarding my friend's all in one printer, laptop, security cameras and most recently doorbell camera and Alexa echo monitor.

I havent had to use it. Hope i dont have to. As exspensive as the ring camera are I would get the protection for at least the outside doorbell camera
