I have only ever took one item into the geek squad and they replace it free of charge cause it had faulty wiring. It was a headset for my Xbox series X

I recently purchased two of these monitors and one works as expected and has decent color accuracy. The second however does not produce enough black and I am not able to match it to the other one. I will be returning the washed out monitor for a replacement and hope for the best.
