Always use Geek Squad Protection. Any issue I've had is resolved.

Geek squad as has been so good to me, anytime I have a issue they repair the issue or give me a new one. The always have a answer to my 5000 questions, also are very proactive with communicating when my product is ready for pickup after repair.

Geek squad protection havent had to use it yet but always good to have for something that is expensive to replace

Every item I get the extra protection….if anything happens to my purchase I go back and get a new one or store credit- one time I had to get store credit because they didn’t have my item anymore- but I lucked out! The new version was out …and on an amazing sale! So I actually got an updated one! I was so happy. Lately money has been tight and with these protection plans I’m able to replace my nice items with the same quality- not downgraded because I can’t afford it. I make the investments in my products- it’s worth it. You can track when your protection plan is over so just keep an eye on your items, any malfunctions or damage….don’t hesitate bring it back !

Haven't had to use Geek Squad yet for a replacement, but I've heard good things so far about the replacement warranty through them.

Gives me lots of peace of mind incase of OLED burn in, etc. Very worth it if you want post purchase security since many manufacturers have mixed qualities of RMA experience

Great thing to get for anything you buy at best buy get their warranty it saves you tons of money!

Pay $80-130 to have the ability to swap out your product for a brand new one with no questions asked for up to 4 years? Totally worth it especially if you buy something expensive like I did (a $1000 LG Ultra Wide monitor which could have a dead pixel on delivery). Monitors are a lottery.. you can receive a bad display on delivery and you can exchange it for another display to also have a bad display. So buying the geek squad service is a no-brainer must have! Dont be cheap when you spend big money. Buy the protection plan! Especially when your product's manufacturers warrant may be just 1-yr.. and even if its 1-yr or 4-yrs.. their customer support can ignore your calls and emails.. or give you the run-around and never replace your damaged product. So why waste all that time on the phone or even shipping it back to be repaired and not have something to use in the meantime? Best Buy usually has the product in stock so there will be no wait.
