A: It was covered for me. I just recently returned a $1000 monitor with no hassle.
Q: Does this cover OLED burn in?
A: Yes it does. I returned a monitor that had an image burned it and was covered. The warranty covers hardware issues and not physical damage done by the consumer

If it's not, we give you a gift card for what you paid and that can go towards maybe a different model (like a different Xbox controller than what you had) or an entirely different purchase. Q: Does the 4 year warranty period start at purchase or after the manufacturer warranty ends?
A: THEY WILL NOT REPAIR IT and try to charge you shipping on top of the so called "protection replacement" I FEEL ROBBED BY THEM
