So far my 50" Samsung monitor works flawlessly, the protection plan wasn't needed. And also I was successful to install my new monitor without dropping it or any other accident.

Always great to have replacements if anything happens to product

I opened up the box which appeared to be brand new, but there were old components with masking tape and handwriting on them. I was unable to assemble it and missed the return window - clearly my fault but that just sucks. Now I'm stuck with this crappy monitor. Not very happy. I'll try to work with the geek squad to get it assembled and hopefully I can make it work. I'm not holding my breath

Had the warranty so they just gave me the option of a gift card or a brand new one for free.

Geek squad protection is necessary for all your quality purchases. Peace and sound when you have someone to turn to who knows what to do! They will do what they can to fix it!

Geek Squad were able to fix my defective monitor without any hassles. I always recommend this.

I’m very happy with all of their services. This far they have exceeded my expectations. Most warranties and support are ripoffs but this has been superb.

The agents came and fixed my stuff so quickly and easy they also taught me how how to fix stuff myself and I was really appreciated.

Why not add extra security. This came in handy more than one occasion.

Have not needed to use it yet but the service is great and I would highly recommend for expensive purchases.
