    So my gifted roomba suffered some damage after my warranty expired. its a shame that geek squad does not send reminders about extending the warranty, mind you my gift was over 1k after just 2 years.

We used to send out emails for renewing the protection but as a company, we no longer renew most Geek Squad Protection plans.     I am sorry but the price isnt worth it. As soon as I use it I have to rebuy it???? No, it should continue onto the new product.

The protection is generally considered fulfilled once it's used to exchange the product so it does need to be repurchased for the new product.     IRobot was not covered as expected. Unreasonable excuse from service center not to replace defective product.

    when you use it they make you buy a new protection plan on whatever you purchase. really shady.

    Manager at Tukwilla Washington location

    Went in for a Nintendo switch repair they told me my warranty had expired. So I bought a new switch and warranty . No big deal they also printed out all my warranties with them. My roomba I robot was still covered they very nice gentleman told me bring it back if it stopped working and we will give you a gift card . So today I go back and the manager said that policy has changed and I now have to wait for them to send it in and see if it could be repaired ? The right hand never knows what the left hand is doing. The manager treats people as if wanting to use a warranty they are some how thieves . I left feeling like I had done something wrong by wanting to use a warranty . Tukwilla Best Buy in Washington manager is a piece of work that one .
