I highly recommend the Geek Squad protection plan for high use electronics. My new Roomba had power issues 4 weeks after purchasing. Even though the vacuum had some scratches, the return was no hassle and an immediate new replacement provided. Will purchase again

We have gotten geek squad protection on every rumba that we have bought. They really help even when the problem is crazy ridiculous like dog poop!

When I bought any stuff at Best Buy I choose this insurance because they always give a new when it was broken, and the best I can pick at the same day, or I can upgrade my old stuff by one new. Of course, I need another insurance but it works.

Purchase for label printer. I always purchase Geek squad protection. Electronic devices break at times. Geek squad protection always offers me a replacement item or a gift card for the purchase price.

I know that the purchase of this plan was and is quite right for my family all over the country. My children are attending college in 2 different states, my sister lives in another state and this plan covers us adequately all over.

Highly recommend Geek Squad. It's saved us in the past with broken electronics. I haven't had to use this Geek Squad protection (yet). We purchased it for my stepson's Apple earbuds.

The Geek squad is amazing. They always get it done and quickly. My only draw back to giving a full 5 star is that 4 hour window prevents you from being able to be there when you work. Realizing a window is necessary but a 2 hour window would prevent me from having to take a full day off from work and other things I need to get done.

I would definitely suggest getting the extra protection. Things do happen. I just recently returned my roomba because it stopped working properly. They replaced it without any problems.

Whenever I purchase a protection plan and have to use it Geek Squad is always on top of it and takes care of the issue whether it's fixing it or replacing it I highly recommend it

I don't buy anything over a couple hundred dollars without this. It is a lifesaver and the return or swap out is easy and always seemless. This is a great value for any major purchase.

We loved our vacuum until it began to have issues, so we kept track of these problems. We took it back in to Best Buy with a dossier of problems to submit, and were simply given a new machine! Easy. Promised. Delivered. YAY!!!

At first I was skeptical about geek squad but after some computer issues I'm convinced that it pays for itself and can even save money on repairs for whatever device you purchase! I will always purchase geek squad if it's an option!

Roomba took a dump on me and took in to get fixed. Well the GS gave me a brand new one plus they didnt have my type in stock so they gave me a newer generation one.

I love the safety I get when purchasing and actually used it on a vacuum. They take it back no problem at all when it was malfunctioning and I puck a up a new one on the spot. HASSLE FREE

After a year of sending back defective neato vacuums (due to our old antique floors), we finally took bestbuy up on our protection offer and it saved us the cost of buying a new vacuum all together! Highly recommended!

By having the 2year protection my husband and I were able to trade in our old neato without any hassle and they matched the price we bought it for originally. We don’t buy anything without this protection plan.
