Let's hope we dont need to use it, but if we do, they usually providing equivalent product or swap it if they cant fix it. Not sure why do you need to repurchase again when you swap out your damaged product. There was still over a year protection left, and I couldn't keep the original protection, had to buy a new one. At least they should give discount on new protection plan based on time left on previous plan.

I haven't had the chance to use it nor the need to use it great for that but I highly recommend to have warranty on any electronic you buy

I always purchase geek squad for all my BB products. They have a better than most product return guidelines.

Since I bought a new home. I buy warranties now in case. I haven't had to use any geek squad service yet but hopefully I don't have to. We'll see how they handle it

The process for exchanging my products was great. Walked into store was out within minutes with new working products.

I alway buy the geek Squad Protection Program. It's great to have it when something goes wrong with your product.

It works... only down side if you use it, you need to purchase a new protection even if it still has time on it.

I do not typically buy the coverage but I did on an expensive printer. I want to cover my investment

It's worth it if something actually breaks or stops working. Otherwise it's just an additional expense.
