I like having the warranty there that starts after the manufacturer warranty ends. Since this is for my mom, it gives me security that it will keep her with the vacuum she likes working fine!

My other machine broke down just after the regular warranty was up. Its good to have piece of mind knowing that I have 2 years of coverage if anything goes wrong, and its not too expensive.

For some products, this is a must-have, best buy does a good job not giving people a hard time about the replacement if needed. Happy with this!

When it comes to protecting your device nothing is better than geek squad. The quick expedited service and easy exchange on our vacuum was awesome.

I purchased the protection plan to cover in the event my new Shark vacuum has any issues. I have never had any issues with my Shark vacuum, but it is a good thing to have for peace of mind.

I usually get geek squad protection and for this vacuum cleaner I probably would of needed it but I returned it within the 2 weeks. It's normally worth it I am always Satisfied with service.

Best Buy has the best protection plans around. If something breaks or goes wrong, it's a no hassle return, exchange or replacement. We always buy the protection plan with major purchase we make.

I'm not going to lie, I now love cleaning my carpets! This machine makes my carpets look and feel great. I followed the directions and doing so, I found that the carpets dried quickly.

If you get a defective product this warranty replaces the equipment t with no questions asked, better than most warranties. Recommended
