Utilizing geek squad is very tricky. Often you have representatives that are knowledgeable and will actually fix your items however there are some representatives that are not in your left with something that may or may not work. It’s also best that you read the manufacture papers that come with all your purchases because you can also enter the item and SKU number online and have another set of protection with the actual company that is familiar with the product that was created by them.

Geek squad protection is a great piece of mind. I have had to use this service before and it is completely worth the money.

Definitely worth the extra little money down the line encase anything were to ever go wrong with any of your devices
