A must have for any home product never know when or what can happen

Love Best Buy Warranty. The only problem they charge way to much but so easy to return products and replace. I have used before.

We always buy the extended warranties on most items and this one has worked out for us.

I purchased this protection plan for a small portable AC that I bought. Turns out the store can't do anything to help me, and the only option is to ship it somewhere else and hope they fix it and ship it back safely. The employees I talked to said that would take about a month. Best Buy is not offering a replacement during that time. One Geek Squad employee recommended I just buy a new one if I didn't want to go a month without AC in the summer. I only found out they could not service my appliance in-store after I took it to the store with me, and then I drove it back home.

The extended warranty is great piece of mind on major purchases
