We haven't had to use Geek Squad on the particular device we purchase the plan for, but I think the extra protection is great to have on expensive items. We have benefited in the past.

The service I received at Best Buy was great and the product was very helpful in setting up our service I plan to only purchase electronic products for my home and family from Best Buy

I haven’t had to use this yet, so it really remains to be determined if it’s a good value. If my microwave catches fire, I’ll be really happy I have coverage I’ve gotten geek squad coverage on other items and it was worth it. They’ve been professional and very helpful

Must have if you have electronics. Geek squad was very quick and this membership offers a lot of perks like free installation.

My boys at the Diberville MS geek squad always do the best work. I've never had any complaints. The year package depends on the individual person. I personally got this one due to my own laptop situation.

Love the safety of knowing my device is protected for 2 years! It is so worth jot for the minimal cost on things that tend to go before their time such as headphones and microwaves.

It always gives me piece of mind to have the Geek Squad Protection. If they can't fix it, they will refund your money or exchange the item for a new one.

The purchase of the Geek Squad Protection is something I always do with any electronics I buy from Best Buy. If I need help or there is a problem with my electronics, I know they are there.

I added the Geed Squad Protection to my Microwave purchase for only a few dollars. I hope I never need it. My son had good success with Geek Squad and recommended it.

My wonderful microwave died after 2.5 years. It had been repaired once (at 3 months) for door closing issues. Turned it on one day, and it died. Purchased a new microwave and decided to get the Geek Squad for it, just in case.

I would highly recommend purchasing this item...... Also don't forget to purchase the warranty just in case.
