Bought the four year warranty for my Sony receiver. I haven’t had to use the geek squad warranty yet.

I have had this for years and even when my daughter was in college! They have helped me through many different issues and explained to me what went wrong too. I highly recommend using Geek Squad.

Purchased to put in my trailer and it's well worth the money. This sounds amazing!! I have it hooked up to two Yamaha outdoor speakers and a powered sub, couldn't be happier

Sound is good very balanced but lacks bass pair with sub and it’s very good. I absolutely hate the app and it pairs VIA WIFI

So glad I purchased the extended warranty. Only used it a few months when I started having issues with the Marantz receiver. It would turn on at night when I was sleeping. Best Buy replaced it

The protection plan for my Yamaha stereo is a worthwhile purchase - no need to worry about potential costly repairs if needed.

I purchase with every major electronics purchase i make. I havent always needed it but when i have, it has more than paid for itself. Geek squad is extremely knowledgable and helpful

Piece of mind protection for my new Dolby Atmos soundbar system.

I added the 4-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection to the purchase of a CD Disc player. The Manufacturer only offered a 6 month warranty. For the price of the protection plan, I have the peace of mind that if the unit stops working it will be fixed or replaced.

As far as giving geek squad service a rating, I don't really have much to say. I just have this service available as a backup in case any software damages come with my products. I know in the past they have taken care of my camera and they did a good job! I'm sure they do a great job at recovering whatever it is that got messed up.

Don’t buy anything without getting this warranty. Best Buy is amazing at warranty

The theater room sound system is great! This system gives me room for advancement in the theater room to add more stuff than I already had installed during building can't wait to add the rest.

Bought this 3 years ago. Wifi stopped working and brought it in. Sent away and they sent it back with the same problem. I had to take in a 2nd time. They said it was unfixable and gave me a full credit of the amount I paid (minus the protection fee). I was able to buy a new receiver (better) and I bought the protection again. A bit of a hassle to redeem which is why I gave 4 stars. Had I only had to take 1 trip, it would have been 5 stars.

I wanted this protection plan as my last set of headphones did not charge very well and fell apart! This Plan is really great, and value priced.

This coverage I got was for my record player and the crazy thing is it covers everything the belt and the needle replacement so a little extra goes a long way and piece of mind to boot as well

This Denon receiver has magnificent sound. It is used in a room with high ceilings and comes thru a Sonos speaker. The sound is excellent.

Have not had to use it yet but knowing that it is there if you need to is valuable.

They are very reliable and very helpful when you need them anytime
